Within the Netherlands shipments usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
Within Europe shipments usually arrive within 3-10 business days.
We use PostNL services for all packages within the Netherlands and Belgium. The packages will be shipped as standard shipment for home delivery or as a mailbox parcel if the order fits through the mailbox.
We use PostNL Global services for all packages outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
You will receive an email with your tracking number after the order is shipped. If you have an account with us you can also follow your shipment in your account.
When you return your complete order in its original state and original packaging you will receive the total cost of your order back in your bank account including the shipping costs. If you decide to keep a part of your shipment you will receive the cost of the returned items back. The shipping method/cost of returns is for the customer to be paid.
If you want to refund an item please fill in the return form. This form will be processed in up to 5 business days. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks after we have received the order.

If you want to cancel an order please get in touch with customer service. If the order is already shipped you can return the order within 14 days after arrival.
