Please note that it is no longer possible to pick up regular orders from our location, as we now work with a third-party logistics company. All non-powerlifting equipment is handled off-site, and we no longer keep inventory of these items at our original location.
Within the Netherlands shipments usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
Within Europe shipments usually arrive within 3-10 business days.
We use DHL services for all packages within the Netherlands and Belgium. The packages will be shipped as standard shipment for home delivery or as a mailbox parcel if the order fits through the mailbox. Either DHL or PostNL services are used for shipments in Europe.Â
We use PostNL Global services for all packages outside the Europe.
You will receive an email from our logistic partner with your tracking number after the order is shipped. If you have an account with us you can also follow your shipment in your account.
The cost of the return is to be payed by the customer.
You can register your order for a return via our returnportal.
After you have received your order you have 14 days to register your order for a return.

If you want to cancel an order please get in touch with customer service. If the order is already shipped you can return the order within 14 days after arrival.
Yes, gift cards are available in various amounts. You can request a gift card via our support email. Please send an email to support@powerliftingshop.com with the following information:Â
The stock status is displayed on the product page. Sign up for the notifier if it’s temporarily out of stock.
Once an order has been processed, we can’t guarantee changes. Contact our customer service via support@powerliftingshop.com immediately if you want to make an adjustment.
A backorder means the product is not in stock, but we’ll order it from our manufacturer once you place your order. As soon as it arrives at our warehouse, we’ll ship it to you.
