Shipping & orders
If you place your order before 3 PM CE(S)T, we'll ship it the same day! We process orders from Monday to Friday.

Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 1-3 business days. For other EU countries, delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a track & trace link in your email. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
A backorder means the product is currently out of stock. However, we will order it from our manufacturer, and as soon as it arrives, we’ll ship it to you immediately!

Returns & refunds
You can easily return your order through our return portal.
When making your return, you can request to exchange your product for a different size! Once the return is processed, our team will send you your new product.
You have 14 days to register your return, starting from three days after shipment.
Once your return has been scanned at our warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days for our team to process it.
After you receive a refund email, the money will be back in your account within 2-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
For hygiene or personalization reasons, some items cannot be returned. This includes personalized belts, socks, and smelling salts.
