Shipping & orders
If you place your order before 3 PM CE(S)T, we'll ship it the same day! We process orders from Monday to Friday.
Please note that during sale periods (such as Black Friday) or major product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive within 1-3 business days. For other EU countries, delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Shipping options vary by country. Our most commonly used carriers include DHL, PostNL, and UPS.
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a track & trace link in your email. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
A backorder means the product is currently out of stock. However, we will order it from our manufacturer, and as soon as it arrives, we’ll ship it to you immediately!
If you're ordering from outside the EU, please be aware that additional charges such as import taxes, duties, and VAT may apply upon delivery. The prices displayed on our website are excluding VAT for non-EU orders.

Returns & refunds
You can easily return your order through our return portal.
Please note: We currently do not accept returns from outside the EU.
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your order, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order in your preferred size. You’ll receive a full refund for the returned product. This way, you won’t risk your size selling out, and it’s faster too!
You have 14 days to register your return, starting from three days after shipment.
After your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it can take 5-10 business days for our team to process it.
After you receive a refund email, the money will be back in your account within 2-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
For hygiene or personalization reasons, some items cannot be returned. This includes personalized belts, socks, and smelling salts.
