    In IPF competitions, your singlet, powerlifting belt, knee sleeves, and wrist wraps must be IPF-approved and listed on the official IPF Approved List. T-shirts, shoes, and socks don’t need to be approved but must meet IPF technical standards. For example, t-shirts must be non-stretch with no reinforced seams, shoes must have flat soles, and deadlift socks must cover the shins without overlapping knee sleeves.
