Measure the circumference of your knee around the center of the kneecap with a straight leg. Use a soft, flexible tape measure. If your claves are larger than your knees, use your calf circumference instead. Warning: runs small - size up!

How to put on the knee sleeves:

1. Fold the top of the knee sleeves outwards so that it touches the bottom.
2. Pull the folded knee sleeve all the way up the middle of your knee joint.
3. Fold the top back over your knee. Your kneecap should be around the middle of the knee sleeve.
