Barbell Win Action Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Eligibility: This action is open to all attendees and visitors of the Euro Muscle Show. There are no age, residency, or membership restrictions.
2. Entry Period
- Entry Period: The Barbell Win Action will take place on both Saturday and Sunday of the Euro Muscle Show. Entries can be submitted from the opening time of the show until 16:44 each day. The winner will be announced at the end of the event day.
3. Entry Method
- How to Enter: Participants can enter the action by scanning the QR code available at the PowerliftingShop.com stand or by filling out their entry on the provided tablet. Participants are encouraged to lift the barbell to estimate its weight accurately.
4. Winner Selection
- Winner Selection: The winner will be the participant who guesses the exact weight of the barbell on that day. If multiple participants guess correctly, the winner will be chosen randomly from the correct entries. If no one guesses the exact weight, the closest guesses will be considered, and a winner will be chosen randomly among them.
5. Prize Details
- Prize: The prize is a barbell used during the Euro Muscle Show. The winner can take the barbell home at the end of the day. If the winner prefers to have the barbell shipped, shipping costs will apply and must be covered by the winner.
6. Notification and Claiming the Prize
- Notification: The winner will be notified via email at the end of the event day. The winner must go to the PowerliftingShop.com stand to claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize by the end of the day will result in forfeiture.
7. Publicity
- Publicity: By participating, the winner agrees to have their name, image, and a short video or photo taken for promotional purposes by PowerliftingShop.com.
8. Disqualification
- Disqualification: Participants will be disqualified for:
- Providing an incorrect email address.
- Tampering with the barbell setup to determine its weight by means other than lifting.
- Submitting multiple entries from the same person.
9. Liability
- Liability: By participating, you agree to:
- Pay for or arrange shipping yourself if you cannot take the barbell home.
- Accept the prize “as is” (a used barbell from that day).
- Assume all risks and responsibilities for any injuries caused by participating in the win action or lifting the barbell.
10. Additional Conditions
- Newsletter Subscription: By participating, you consent to adding your email to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
Powerliftingshop.com reserves the right to withhold the prize and select another winner in the event of non-compliance with the above terms.

Barbell Win Actie Voorwaarden
1. Deelname
- Deelname: Deze actie staat open voor alle deelnemers en bezoekers van de Euro Muscle Show. Er zijn geen leeftijds-, verblijfs- of lidmaatschapsvereisten.
2. Actieperiode
- Actieperiode: De Barbell Win Actie vindt plaats op zowel zaterdag als zondag tijdens de Euro Muscle Show. Inschrijvingen kunnen worden ingediend vanaf de openingstijd van de show tot 16:44 op dezelfde dag. De winnaar wordt aan het einde van de evenementendag bekendgemaakt.
3. Deelnamemethode
- Hoe deel te nemen: Deelnemers kunnen zich inschrijven door de QR-code te scannen die beschikbaar is bij de PowerliftingShop.com-stand of door hun inschrijving in te vullen op de verstrekte tablet. Deelnemers worden aangemoedigd om de halter op te tillen om het gewicht nauwkeurig in te schatten.
4. Winnaar Selectie
- Winnaar Selectie: De winnaar is de deelnemer die het exacte gewicht van de halter op die dag raadt. Als meerdere deelnemers het juiste gewicht raden, wordt de winnaar willekeurig gekozen uit de juiste inzendingen. Als niemand het exacte gewicht raadt, worden de dichtstbijzijnde schattingen overwogen en wordt een winnaar willekeurig gekozen uit deze inzendingen.
5. Prijsdetails
- Prijs: De prijs is een halter die tijdens de Euro Muscle Show is gebruikt. De winnaar kan de halter aan het einde van de dag mee naar huis nemen. Als de winnaar de halter liever laat verzenden, zijn de verzendkosten voor rekening van de winnaar.
6. Kennisgeving en Claimen van de Prijs
- Kennisgeving: De winnaar wordt aan het einde van de evenementendag per e-mail op de hoogte gesteld. De winnaar moet naar de PowerliftingShop.com-stand gaan om de prijs op te halen. Als de prijs niet aan het einde van de dag wordt opgehaald, vervalt de prijs.
7. Publiciteit
- Publiciteit: Door deel te nemen, stemt de winnaar ermee in dat hun naam, afbeelding en een korte video of foto worden gebruikt voor promotionele doeleinden door PowerliftingShop.com.
8. Diskwalificatie
- Diskwalificatie: Deelnemers worden gediskwalificeerd voor:
- Het verstrekken van een onjuist e-mailadres.
- Manipulatie van de halteropstelling om het gewicht te bepalen op een andere manier dan door tillen.
- Meerdere inschrijvingen van dezelfde persoon.
9. Aansprakelijkheid
- Aansprakelijkheid: Door deel te nemen, gaat u ermee akkoord om:
- Zelf de verzendkosten te betalen of de verzending zelf te regelen als u de halter niet mee naar huis kunt nemen.
- De prijs te accepteren “zoals het is” (een gebruikte halter van die dag).
- Alle risico’s en verantwoordelijkheden op u te nemen voor eventuele verwondingen veroorzaakt door deelname aan de winactie of het tillen van de halter.
10. Aanvullende Voorwaarden
- Nieuwsbrief Abonnement: Door deel te nemen, stemt u in met het toevoegen van uw e-mailadres aan onze nieuwsbrief. U kunt zich op elk moment uitschrijven door op de uitschrijflink onderaan de nieuwsbrief te klikken.
- Powerliftingshop.com behoud zich het recht de prijs te onthouden en een andere winnaar aan te wijzen bij het niet naleven van bovenstaande artikelen.
